Halle Bailey is asking for full custody of her son, Halo Saint, who was born in December 2023 with her ex-boyfriend, DDG. In legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Bailey is requesting both legal and physical custody of Halo. She also wants the court to decide that DDG should not have regular visits with their son, except for supervised visits with a professional service for six hours once a week when Halo is in Los Angeles.
Bailey is also asking the court to stop DDG from taking Halo out of Los Angeles County. She is concerned about child abduction and claims that DDG has been abusive towards her, has taken or hidden Halo from her, and has threatened to do so again. She wants a judge to prevent DDG from moving with Halo without her permission and from applying for important documents like passports for Halo.
If DDG does travel with Halo with Bailey’s permission, she asks that he provide details about the trip, including the travel schedule, contact information, and a return ticket for her in case Halo is not brought back. Bailey shared that she has tried to talk with DDG about a visitation plan, but their discussions became tense, particularly in January when DDG was upset when she asked about setting a schedule.
