A vibrant celebration of classic Bollywood music lit up Chicagoland as talented singers delivered a memorable tribute to legendary icons including Mohammad Rafi and Kishore Kumar. The event, titled “Bollywood Blast,” brought together passionate performers and music lovers for an evening filled with nostalgia and soulful melodies.
A highlight of the night was a special guest appearance by renowned Bollywood playback singer Abbas Ali Mirza, who also serves as Chief Mentor and Judge of the global talent platform International Indian Icon (3iii). His presence added prestige and excitement to the musical gathering.
Among the distinguished attendees was Mr. Mujeeb Ur Rahman, who graced the occasion as an honored guest. The music session was sponsored by entrepreneur Salman (Shuja) Mohammad, owner of the popular restaurant chain Thali Corner. Sound and digital arrangements were expertly managed by Naveed Aziz, a well-known ghazal singer.
