President Joe Biden will have another one-on-one interview, this time with NBC News anchor Lester Holt on Monday. NBC announced that the Democratic presidential candidate will meet with Holt in Austin, Texas. The special interview will air on NBC and NBC News NOW on Monday, July 15 at 9 p.m. ET.
Parts of the interview will also be shown on Holt’s show, NBC Nightly News, at 6:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. CT. The full interview and the unedited transcript will be available online at NBCNews.com after the prime-time special.
Biden is also set to speak at a news conference during the NATO Summit on Thursday.
This special interview follows Biden’s televised talk with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on July 5, where he aimed to reassure Americans worried about his poor performance in a debate with former President Donald Trump.
