A devastating overnight attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Dobropillia has left 11 people dead, including five children, and 30 others wounded. The Ukrainian Interior Ministry reported that Russian forces launched a barrage of ballistic missiles, multiple rockets, and drones, causing widespread destruction.
Eight multi-story buildings and 30 vehicles were damaged in the assault, which also targeted rescue workers. “While extinguishing the fire, the occupiers struck again, damaging the fire truck,” the ministry stated on Telegram.
In a separate incident, three civilians were killed in a drone attack on the Kharkiv region in northeastern Ukraine. The attacks have sparked widespread condemnation, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy vowing to strengthen air defenses and increase sanctions against Russia.
