Sadie Sink Reportedly Joins Spider-Man: Brand New Day as Mayday Parker

Marvel Studios’ upcoming film Spider-Man: Brand New Day is generating buzz with new casting rumors. According to Jeff Sneider via The Hot Mic, Sadie Sink is set to play Mayday Parker, the daughter of Tobey Maguire’s Peter Parker and MJ Watson, marking a major multiverse connection.

The film is expected to link Tom Holland’s MCU Spider-Man with legacy characters from past Spider-Man franchises. Mayday’s role introduces a multiversal twist, fueling speculation about a team-up of Spider-heroes across generations.

In addition, Sarah Snook (Succession, The Beanie Bubble) is rumored to play a secondary villain. While her role remains secret, Cosmic Circus suggests she may portray a dark, enigmatic woman clad in armor inspired by Japanese shinobi or samurai, hinting at either an original character or a lesser-known Marvel figure.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day will pick up after Avengers: Doomsday, with Peter Parker striving for a normal life before a new threat forces him back into action. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, the film begins filming in the UK in August 2025 and is scheduled for release on July 31, 2026.

The cast includes Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, and Liza Colón-Zayas in undisclosed roles. Marvel is also casting two more villain characters for the film.
