Chicago – APril 24, 2025

Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP, will visit Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday after a terrorist attack in Pahalgam.

Rahul Gandhi was in the United States for an official visit but decided to cut his trip short and return to New Delhi on Thursday morning.

The Congress Party has also decided to delay its “Samvidhan Bachao” rallies, which were supposed to take place on April 25 and 26. Party general secretary K C Venugopal announced this change.

To show support for the victims of the Pahalgam attack and stand against terrorism, Congress workers across the country will hold candlelight marches today.
