Chicago – November 10, 2025

Rahul Gandhi claims that large-scale electoral fraud (“vote chori”, i.e., vote theft) took place in various states (Haryana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka among them).

He says the EC and BJP colluded: for example, in one Assembly constituency (Mahadevapura in Bengaluru) he released figures alleging 1,00,250 votes had been “stolen” via duplicate voters, fake addresses, misuse of Form 6 etc.

He says the 2024 Lok Sabha elections (and others) should be considered “null and void” because they were conducted on fake voter lists.

In recent speeches he has explicitly accused PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of being “involved” in vote theft

The Proof: Rahul Gandhi said Congress has “open-and-shut proof” of systematic manipulation—data showing duplicate voters, same persons in multiple booths, fake/invalid addresses, etc.

Eg: In Mahadevapura, his numbers: 11,965 duplicate voters; 40,009 fake/invalid addresses; 10,452 bulk voters at same address; 4,132 invalid photos; 33,692 instances of Form 6 misuse.

He also mentions people being registered in multiple states, etc.
