Chicago – January 02, 2025

President-elect Donald Trump is set to hold a “victory rally” in Washington, D.C., the day before his inauguration as the 47th president on January 20. The event will take place at Capital One Arena on January 19 at 3 p.m. ET, with the rally being advertised as a “victory rally you’ll never forget.”

This will be the first rally Trump has held since his victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in the November election.

Capital One Arena, home to the NBA’s Washington Wizards and NHL’s Washington Capitals, can hold around 20,000 people. The rally comes just days before a joint session of Congress on January 6 to certify Trump’s election victory.

This will be a historic moment, especially considering that four years ago, a mob of Trump supporters attacked the U.S. Capitol in protest of President Joe Biden’s win.

Although President Biden will attend Trump’s inauguration, Trump did not attend Biden’s ceremony in 2021.
It is believed that Trump wants to bring peace worldwide and end wars in Syria, Gaza, Ukraine and Yemen. He wants to stabilise not only America but also the world.
