Chicago – July 31, 2026

Space-Eyes, a defense technology startup backed by Eric Trump, has agreed to go public through a SPAC merger with McKinley Acquisition Corp in a deal valuing the combined company at $638 million, according to Reuters. The company is expected to list on Nasdaq under the ticker “CUAS” after the transaction closes, likely in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The New York-based firm builds systems for detecting and countering drones and offers geospatial intelligence tools. Reuters reported that Space-Eyes has generated about $1 million in annual revenue and has operated mainly as a research-and-development company.

Eric Trump is a major private investor in Space-Eyes and is expected to serve as a strategic adviser to the public company. Reuters also reported that he helped introduce potential board candidates as the firm prepared for the listing.

The deal could provide up to $251.7 million in gross proceeds, including trust-account cash and PIPE financing, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
