Chicago – July 06, 2025

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, speaking at a Congress gathering at LB Stadium on July 4, 2025, made a bold electoral promise: his party will secure 100 Assembly seats and 15 Lok Sabha seats in the next general elections (anticipated by November 2028) .

accountability: “If I fall short even by one seat, I will take full responsibility,” he declared.

This assurance came during a meeting with AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and local Congress leaders.

With a likely increase in total Assembly seats (from 119 to around 150–153 post-delimitation), he emphasized aiming for 100 out of ~150 seats.

He also pledged to win 15 of the 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana.
