Chicago – September 04, 2025

President Donald Trump is set to host a dinner for leading tech executives in the newly renovated Rose Garden on Thursday. This event will mark the first use of the upgraded space.

Attendees are expected to include prominent figures such as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, according to a White House official. The dinner comes on the same day as a rare public event hosted by First Lady Melania Trump, which will focus on artificial intelligence.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai, who is scheduled to speak at the First Lady’s afternoon event, will also join the dinner afterward.

In a statement, the White House referred to the refurbished area as the “Rose Garden Club” and emphasized that the president is eager to host top business, political, and tech leaders at this special gathering. Weeks prior, President Trump had expressed his desire to debut the renovated space on a clear and beautiful day.
