  • Hind Al-Owais is an Emirati diplomat and human rights advocate who has worked in leadership roles, including at the United Nations and as Director of the UAE Permanent Committee for Human Rights.  

What’s in the Epstein Files?

  • Newly released unsealed U.S. Department of Justice records linked to the so-called “Epstein Files” show that her name appears in about 469 emails exchanged with Jeffrey Epstein dating from 2011–2012.  
  • The emails include logistical coordination and references to social meetings with Epstein. In some of the messages she mentions arrangements involving “girls” and mentions her younger sister in a social context.
