President Donald Trump has given Hamas an ultimatum: return all hostages by Saturday at noon or face the consequences. Trump stated that if the hostages are not released, he will call for the cancellation of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. “Let all hell break out; Israel can override it,” he warned.

Trump emphasized that Hamas must release all hostages, not just some of them. This comes after a Hamas spokesperson announced that the group would delay the release of Israeli hostages, accusing Israel of violating the ceasefire agreement.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz condemned Hamas’ decision, calling it a “blatant violation” of the ceasefire deal. Katz instructed the Israeli Defense Forces to be prepared for any scenario in Gaza and to protect Israeli communities.

The situation remains tense, with the fate of the hostages and the ceasefire hanging in the balance.
