Chicago – November 14, 2025

Exit polls for the high-stakes Jubilee Hills by-election indicate a neck-and-neck contest between the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the Congress, with different agencies projecting contrasting outcomes.

According to KK Surveys & Strategies, the BRS is poised to retain the seat with an estimated 49% vote share, ahead of Congress at 41%, while the BJP trails at around 8%.

A separate set of surveys conducted by Mission Chanakya, National Family Opinion and Q Mega Political Strategies also shows a slight edge for the BRS, estimating 41.6% for BRS against 39.43% for Congress, with the BJP projected at 18.97%.

However, not all pollsters agree. An exit poll reported by The Times of India predicts a narrow Congress victory, giving the party a slim lead of a few percentage points over the BRS.

With multiple pollsters offering conflicting projections, the Jubilee Hills by-poll remains too close to call. The constituency recorded a voter turnout of 48.24%, a factor analysts say could influence the final outcome when votes are counted.
