Indian Muslims have always lived in fear of attacks and being called terrorists by Hindu extremists. On 09 February 2024, Muslim leaders attended the National conference where they discussed their nation’s problems and delivered speeches.
The conference emphasized that Indian politics is now running on Muslim blood. Muslims always tried to live in harmony with love. They refused to migrate after the freedom fight and remained in India to live and die for their country. However, now, anti-Muslim governments are formed that build misconceptions in the minds of India’s majority Hindu nation.
Now, the situation is that extremists are attacking mosques, and police leave them without any punishment. Not only this but recently, a mosque was destroyed in Uttarakhand and Muslims of the town will be in jail for 10-12 years
Muslims struggled for India and fought the battle for freedom, and now India is not ours anymore. Gandhi, Nehru and Azad saw a dream of a secular country that doesn’t seem fulfilled.
Even the political parties who chant secular India’s slogans do not talk about Muslim rights. Many of them have already betrayed the Muslim nation.
Muslims are only seen in the government as Hajj, namaz, or minority ministers. They are deprived of effective positions. These parties are fighting for themselves, not for the country. If Muslims start fighting like Hindu extremists, India would be in danger
The leaders suggested that Muslims should not take part in elections so the fight would not be in Muslims’ name.
Muslims need to verify that they are not terrorists but loving Indians. But now mosques are not safe.
