A White House-backed bipartisan plan has been presented that will offer automatic work authorization to around 100,000 H-4 visa holders who are spouses and children of H-1B visa holders, providing significant relief to H-1B visa holders.
The National Security Agreement, revealed on Sunday following lengthy discussions between the Republican and Democratic leaderships in the United States Senate, also provides a solution for around 250,000 aged-out children of H-1B visa holders.
