The Islamic Society of North-west Suburbs (ISNS) is a complete mosque that has held all five daily and two Friday prayers regularly since the early 1974s.
The ISNS society has built a new masjid at 1200 Hicks Rolling Meadows. Imam Yaqoob Shareef led the first Isha prayer of the new masjid on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024, at 8:45 pm. Imam Yaqoob Shareef has led the prayers at ISNS masjid for the past 35 years. He graduated from Anwar-ul-Uloom College, MallyPally, Hyderabad.
ISNS New Masjid Highlights and Architecture
The ISNS new masjid’s phase-1 has been completed with the grace of Allah Almighty.
- The new masjid will serve residents of over a dozen cities without a masjid within a 10-mile radius.
- Have 800 Mussallees prayer capacity
- Dedicated prayer room for mothers with babies
- Full-size Youth Center and Gymnasium
- Standard classrooms for Sunday School
- Quran Hifz Academy
- 2 big Kindergarten classrooms
- Islamic Library
- Banquet Hall
ISNS’s new masjid will educate, inspire, and uplift the children, youth, women, and adults in our Muslim community via the beautiful teachings of Islam.
